Newsletter Regulations

To use the Newsletter and Notifications service, you must have a device with Internet access and an up-to-date version of a web browser, as well as an active e-mail account.

The Newsletter and Notifications may be used by a natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally applicable provisions, also by a natural person with limited legal capacity; a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity, using or intending to use the electronic service. In the event that the Service Recipient is a person with limited legal capacity, in the event of such a need, they undertake to obtain legally effective consent of their legal representative to conclude an agreement for the provision of the Newsletter, Notifications service and to present such consent at the request of the Administrator.

The Newsletter and Notifications Agreement is a type of agreement commonly concluded in minor current matters of everyday life.

The Newsletter service is provided at the request of the Service Recipient after the conclusion of the Agreement, it includes the receipt by Service Recipients who have provided their e-mail address of commercial information regarding the products and services of Lecollet and third parties with whom Lecollet cooperates, in particular regarding goods, news, discounts and marketing campaigns.

The Product Availability Notification Service is provided at the request of the Service Recipient after the conclusion of the Agreement; it includes receiving information on the availability of a specific product in a specific size by Service Recipients who have provided their e-mail address.

The use of the Newsletter service is possible after:

providing your e-mail address in the appropriate field on the lecollet.pl website and

accepting the provisions of these Regulations and the Privacy Policy.

The use of the Notifications service is possible after:

Clicking the "Notify about availability" button next to an unavailable product;

providing your e-mail address in the appropriate field on the lecollet.pl website and

accepting the provisions of these Regulations and the Privacy Policy.

The Newsletter and Notifications service is voluntary and free of charge.

The Newsletter and Notifications service is provided for an indefinite period.

The Service Recipient may resign from them at any time by sending such a request to info@lecollet.pl.

In accordance with Article 13 paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we inform you that:

Your personal data are processed for the period necessary to perform the service.

Personal data is provided voluntarily, but its provision is a necessary condition for sending marketing offers and commercial information.

You have the right to access the content of your personal data and to rectify, delete or limit the processing of your personal data, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer your data.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. Exercising the right to withdraw consent does not affect the processing that took place on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if, in your opinion, the processing of your personal data violates applicable legal provisions on the protection of personal data.

Your personal data may be disclosed only to entities with which personal data processing agreements have been concluded, as well as to persons and entities at their legally justified request, in accordance with the applicable provisions on personal data protection.

Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.

Lecollet reserves the right to change these Regulations for important reasons, in particular:

the need to adapt the Regulations to legal provisions having a direct impact on these Regulations and resulting in the need to modify the Regulations in order to maintain compliance with the law;
the need to adapt the Regulations to recommendations, orders, rulings, provisions, interpretations, guidelines or decisions of authorized public authorities;
expansion or change of functionality of the Newsletter and Notifications;
in other situations, when it is intended to make the functioning of the Newsletter and Notifications service more attractive.

Any changes to the Regulations will be posted on the website and will come into effect on the date of their publication. Users subscribed to the Newsletter will be notified of changes to the Regulations by email.

The use of the Newsletter and Notification services by the Service Recipient after the introduction of changes to the Regulations means their acceptance.

The Store informs that the use of services provided electronically may involve a risk on the part of every Internet user. In order to avoid the risk of threats, the Customer should use appropriate technical measures that will minimize their occurrence.

The Regulations are subject to the provisions of the law generally applicable in the Republic of Poland. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the generally applicable provisions shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of services by electronic means and others.
